This order is supplemental to the Code of Civil Procedine (14229)
and is to come into operation simultaneously with it It was recommended by Sir Harring ton in the Preface to M: Draft Code of 1599 (Clarendon Purs) and has presumably been drafted under his superintendence.
It simply adopt the provisions of 35e. 24 of the Judicatum Ab 1873 as to the concurrent administration
